Terms of Service

Read this first. The Research Protocol Builder produces research and educational information about longevity practices and research compounds. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not make you a patient of ours. Your physician has the final word on anything that concerns your health.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Research Protocol Builder web application and any related content, documents and communications (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Longevity Bros Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“Longevity-bros”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years of age. The Service is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • You are using the Service for yourself, about yourself. You may not submit information about another person.
  • You are not barred from using the Service under applicable law or a previous suspension by us.

3. Nature of the Service

The Service lets you complete a structured intake questionnaire and optionally upload laboratory results. From that information, and using an automated writing and review process followed by human review, we compile a written document (a “protocol”) that collects and organises research and educational information relevant to the goals you described. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service is informational and educational. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a prescription, or a recommendation to take, buy, inject, or otherwise use any substance.
  • No clinician–patient relationship. We are not a healthcare provider. Using the Service, communicating with us, or receiving a protocol does not create a physician–patient, pharmacist–patient or any other professional relationship.
  • Your physician has the final word. You must discuss any change to your health practices, supplementation, medication or training with a licensed physician who knows your history, and you must follow their advice over anything in a protocol.
  • Research compounds. Protocols may reference peptides and other compounds that are sold for research purposes only and are not approved for human use in most jurisdictions. We do not sell, supply or source compounds through the Service. Any decision to obtain or use a research compound is yours alone, is made at your own risk, and must comply with the laws that apply to you.
  • No guarantees; individual results vary. The information in a protocol is drawn from published literature, community practice and our own experience. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your circumstances. We make no promise about any outcome, and results differ between individuals.
  • Automated processing. Drafts are produced with the help of an artificial-intelligence model and are checked by a human before release (see section 6). Automated systems make mistakes, including numerical errors. Treat every figure as something to verify.

4. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and to tell us promptly at info@longevity-bros.ltd if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that appears to be used by someone other than its owner, or where we are required to do so by law. You may close your account and request erasure of your data at any time from the Account page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit information that is false, misleading, or that concerns anyone other than yourself;
  • use the Service to obtain information for, or to advise or treat, another person;
  • attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or to probe, scan or test the security of the Service;
  • interfere with the operation of the Service, including by automated scraping, excessive requests, or introducing malicious code;
  • resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute protocols or other content obtained from the Service;
  • remove or obscure notices, disclaimers or attributions in any protocol; or
  • use the Service in breach of any law that applies to you, including laws on controlled and unapproved substances.

6. Human review and release

Every protocol is reviewed by a member of our team before you can see it. Review is an editorial quality step, not a medical assessment, and it does not turn the protocol into medical advice. We may edit, delay, request more information for, or decline to release any protocol at our discretion. A released protocol may later be replaced by a newer version, and earlier versions are marked as superseded. We do not commit to any turnaround time.

7. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of the information you submit (your intake, your lab results, and any notes). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and reproduce that information solely to provide the Service to you, to comply with law, and as described in our Privacy Notice.

The Service, its design, software, templates, reference material and every protocol we generate are owned by Longevity-bros or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view, download and print protocols for your own non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

8. Fees

Where the Service, or any part of it, is offered for a fee, the price, billing period and refund terms will be shown to you before you commit to pay. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise. [Fee and refund terms: to be confirmed by counsel once pricing is finalised.]

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all protocols are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information in a protocol is correct, current, safe or suitable for you.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Service or any protocol; (b) we will not be liable for any harm arising from your decision to obtain or use any compound, supplement, medication, dietary change or training practice, whether or not it is mentioned in a protocol; and (c) our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us in that period or GBP 100.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service or of any information obtained through it.

11. Third-party services and links

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, artificial-intelligence processing and, where enabled, email. Protocols may link to external studies, vendors or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products or content, and a link is not an endorsement.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect misuse, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your licence to use the Service ends; sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 13 and 15 survive.

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may change or discontinue any part of the Service. We may also revise these Terms; the version number and effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect, and your continued use after that date is acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Service and close your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the law indicated above, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country in which you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any consent you give in the app, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of our business. Notices to you will be sent to the email address on your account.
